Our League is known as Simi Valley Soccer Club. Our club teams are known as ECLIPSE. When entering any competition, we will identify our teams as Simi Valley Eclipse, no exceptions. No other team names are allowed.

Information can be obtained regarding your team or club by contacting your team manager or coach, or contacting the Board of Directors at BOD@eclipsesoccer.com. You may also contact individual Board members by accessing names and e-mail addresses on the web site.

The club chooses team uniforms and only approved uniforms may be worn. If a player is in need of a new uniform or requires a replacement of any component, the player is able to purchase directly through the uniform supplier, Soccer Stores Inc..

A set consists of the following:

• (2) jerseys,
• (1) pair of shorts and
• (1) pair of socks.
• Warm-ups and bags are optional.

Please note, NO UNIFORM CLOTHING OTHER THAN THE CLUB SPECIFIED MANUFACTURER’S CAN BE WORN.

Teams in the club will practice on club approved fields that must be insured as well as secured via appropriate permits. Coaches/managers will schedule practice time and field location with the Director of Fields & Equipment.

Pictures and special information regarding teams and players of the Simi Valley Eclipse should be sent to your team manager who will in turn send to the club’s Vice President or Marketing Director. Pictures and information will then be sent to our Host Manager for placement on the club’s web site.

Simi Valley Soccer Club is a Non-Profit 501-3C organization. Individuals may donate monies to the club and claim these monies as tax deductible. This does not include monies paid by parents for the direct benefit of their children for registration, tournaments, coaching fees, or personal equipment. Therefore, any monies that are donated to teams or individuals must be deposited into team and club accounts and is the property of the Simi Valley Soccer Club, and will not be refunded to individuals choosing to leave the club for ANY REASON. The benefactor may direct these monies to an individual or team, in writing, at the time of the donation. Donations not directed to a team or individual will be put into the general fund and dispensed by the Board of Directors.
